Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OfferAhead (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. OfferAhead is in open beta and provided on an evolving basis.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service’s data or output except as permitted for your own freelance/agency use.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful.

Beta & availability

The Service is provided during beta “as is” and may change, break, or be unavailable. Features may be added or removed. We don’t guarantee that any market signal, estimate, or AI-generated content is accurate or complete — treat all output as informational, not professional or financial advice.

Market data & AI output

OfferAhead surfaces aggregated signals derived from public freelance market data and can draft content with AI. You are responsible for how you use this information, including any proposals you send. AI drafting uses the API key you provide, and your use of that provider is also subject to their terms.

Intellectual property

We own the Service and its content, excluding data you submit. You retain rights to the profile and content you provide, and grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OfferAhead is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
